The Public Interest Law Center (“PILC”) was created in 2008 to bring together the Law School’s many public interest activities and programs, support students in their aspirations to become public interest attorneys, and to provide comprehensive public interest career development services. The Public Interest Law Center uses high-impact legal strategies to advance the civil, social, and economic rights of communities in the Philadelphia region facing discrimination, inequality, and poverty.
