Wish I could get a refund.I hate it when I get ripped off. This is a horrible customer experience and I would not recommend anyone shop here.I used to like shopping here but I won't be setting my foot in this store again. i happened to notice it the other day while running an errand here, and walked in and was told that they were brand spankin' new. It was a pleasure and change Called customer service - put on hold for over 35 minutes...told me that I needed to contact the third party shipping company to dispute the claim and tell them that  they need to find my missing order! Despite having bad experiences with this place in the past, I dropped off the dress I planned to wear to a friend's funeral here to be cleaned and was told it would be ready Thursday by 5:00pm (Funeral was Friday morning). While the front desk can be a bit gruff (she actually does have sense of humor once you get to know her), the seamstress (Peggy) is excellent. Why did I pay $50.00 for this service if my garments aren't even clean!?!?
