Since we were dining out to celebrate my birthday--and I had mentioned that when I made the reservation--we received a free dessert. Most important, the food was outstandingWe had a reservation for 6:30pm. Lobster tail & Halibut were WAY overcooked. The lobster Mac and cheese and haricots vets with the pecans were amazing. I have to follow a fairly restrictive low-FODMAP diet, so there are several foods I try to avoid. The food was exceptional!Had a birthday coupon so it was a wonderful value. She then proceeded to make it wrong. Every year we hope to celebrate it at Bristol. They were able to accommodate us and get us in earlier than our reservation time.

Trista, you were AMAZING We also had oyster Rockefeller. We use to go to the Creve Coeur location. !Sockeye Salmon is in season and Bristols prepared it to perfection. The only negative I can think of is that our roasted potatoes were just a little under-done. Everyone was friendly, very nice evening.

Tried to plan it out to end our day at Bristol's but ended up ready for dinner by 5. Side dishes were average at best.

So it was a fantastic evening of delicious food and unbeatable service from Kayleen. The pretzel crusted trout was delicious. One meal with asparagus side had only the ends with no tips looked very odd.
