Plan your next event or party in our private rooms I knew it wasn't going to impress me but I let future husband get his way and we took the crew to a high top table near the bar.This place is an easy go-to for me and my friends during restaurant week. We were left scrambling for a place to go this morning and future husband suggested Brass Rail. These portion sizes were puny- like 2 bites per item. The decor has not been changed in decades. Excellent food all the way around. went to lunch with a friend and the barmaid was very nice food was good and Atmosphere was great, food was good what more can you ask for.It was my 18th Anniversary and we have eaten here many times. Contact Us. the limited menu still had a lot of great variety and the servers were very attentive. If you want to keep piling on the drinks,  they'll only cost you an extra $3 and next thing you know it's turning into a boozy brunch.

The pre-fix brunch deal is an absolute steal- the food is good and the portions are great! Other than its cuisine, the restaurant is well known for supposed paranormal activity. But for the first time this past weekend, we stopped here for brunch, so happy we did! The octopus was too salty.I really wanted to like this place. Cocktails average more towards $10 each. It was very good. They have thin crust bar pies, cold beer & a nice atmosphere. Brass Rail advertises the best prime rib and well it lived up to it. For a main I got the ham and gruyere sando on French toast. Went with the mini "fluffy" Japanese pancakes. It can vary in terms of loudness and speed of service, but overall this is a solid Hoboken dining establishment. We decided to wait for seats at the large well stocked bar. The bar was made by two German Brothers in the late 1880's in The Bowery of New York City and was installed in a restaurant called The Brass Rail on 7th Avenue.
